Who we are
HS LOGISTIK is a transport company founded by Henryk Sosnówka, based in Godziszów in the Lublin Province of Poland. For years we have been carrying out road transport within Poland and to Western Europe.
We rely on reliability, punctuality and direct contact. We treat every order individually — we match the vehicle to the load and keep an eye on every stage of the journey.

After unloading, the signed transport documents come back.
What our cooperation is based on
The basic terms of our transport order.
- Carrying out the transport on time and delivering the load in unimpaired condition.
- Responsibility for securing the load properly for the journey.
- Immediate notice of any delay, accident or damage to the load.
- Required documents, licences and carrier's liability insurance (OCP).
- Handover of the transport documents, in particular the CMR, once the transport is complete.
- For international transport — the provisions of the CMR Convention.
- Changes of place, date or rate only after agreement with the ordering party.
- The invoice is issued once the transport has been properly completed and the documents delivered.
- Compliance with road transport regulations and drivers' working time rules.
